Helping You Become Your Best Self

OUR MISSION:

To help each client reach his or her personal growth goals by cultivating a therapist-client relationship based on trust, respect, and collaborative effort.

The Life Enrichment Center of Virginia was founded on the belief that counseling is most effective when it involves a collaborative relationship between client and therapist.  Your therapist brings experience, knowledge, and compassion to the relationship.  You bring your strengths, goals, and commitment to making positive changes.

Clients who will benefit most from our services are those who are willing to put in the effort necessary for their own personal growth.  This means making a commitment to participate actively in the counseling process by attending scheduled appointments, communicating openly with your therapist, and doing any work outside of therapy which may be suggested.

At the Life Enrichment Center, you will find a supportive, non-judgmental, and private atmosphere in which to explore personal issues and practice new behaviors.
