Women & Relationships

As women, we are involved in a multitude of relationships; not only with our romantic partners, children, parents, co-workers, and friends, but also with ourselves.  Being happy and healthy in all these relationships can sometimes be difficult. 

In this weekly therapy group, members will explore the challenges women face in various relationships while supporting each other to make positive changes.

There are 2 sessions available:

Mondays from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM

and

Wednesdays from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM
